I have followed every bit of guidance on the net and looked through this forum which surprisingly turns up very little in the search for this issue... until you dig further into many unresolved forum topics.

Basically, installed it, added the registration information. It worked grand one time and now I can't get it to load. Did the trust center thing, moved the XLAM to another trusted folder, restarted a billion times, reinstalled. It's been nearly a week of me trying to troubleshoot this and I think it's time for some live support... not the useless robot support that doesn't seem to understand any question.

Can you help by fixing the problem or by refunding the product cost. Don't worry, I won't charge my hourly rate back to you for the troubleshooting.
