Hi support, I have had to reinstall Windows on my PC and I need to get KUTools installed in Excel. I am using Excel version 1812 supplied with Office 365 Home and Business 2016. I have downloaded the latest version of KUTools for Excel.
The install works fine but when I click on HELP > REGISTER a HUGE window opens. I put in my License Name (ATNET XXX-1 ) and License Code and click OK. The window then gets a little larger and the message not responding appears at the top, then it just locks up. When I resatrt Excel I get an error message asking me to disable KUTools.
I am on the latest Windows 10 version that's fully updated.
I can use the trial for a short while but I need to get the software registered.
Your help would be most appreciated.
